Navigation BarFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does charter mean?

Chartering an aircraft is to rent the entire aircraft and crew. We accommodate your schedule. Our pilots will standby during business meetings or outings or drop you off and return at a later date. Pricing is the same whether the plane is full or only carrying a package for delivery.

What about one-way or empty legs?

Some one-way trips can be booked at even greater savings when "empty legs" are available. Empty legs become available when an aircraft is returning to its home base after dropping off its charter passengers. It is often difficult to match two different itineraries and the primary clients’ schedule takes priority. If the primary client cancels, then full round-trip cost apply to the empty leg client if the trip is still desired. It can never be guaranteed. Please call to check availability.

Do you offer "block" rates?

Registered "block time" customers will receive two free hours of flight time with the purchase of each 25 hour "block" of flight time during any calendar year.

What do you provide on the plane?

Our airplanes are stocked with coffee, water, soda and juices. Alcoholic beverages are available by request. We provide an assortment of snacks and candies. Personalized catering can be arranged and delivered.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Lear requires a 24-hour cancellation notice or a 10% fee of the quoted flight will be charged. All flights are held with a credit card guarantee.

How do I book a flight?

Easy! Call us to discuss your itinerary, airplane selection and any special requests and leave the rest to us. E-mail charter@accessair.net or call 1.800.307.4984.
